DTF Pressing Instructions (INSTANT PEEL)

Recommended Heat Press Settings:

• Fabric Type:

  • Cotton: 300°F – 325°F

  • Poly blends: 275°F – 300°F

• Time: 6 seconds

• Pressure: Firm (80–90 PSI)

✅ Application Steps:

1. Set heat press to the recommended temperature based on fabric.

2. Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.

3. Position your DTF transfer on the garment.

4. Press once at 300°F for 6 seconds with firm pressure.

5. Peel hot immediately after pressing.

6. Second press: Cover with Teflon or parchment sheet and press again at 300°F for 6 seconds with firm pressure.
