If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. 🔹 Products & Services

Cali DTF Prints specializes in custom DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom apparel, embroidery, vinyl wraps, signs, and more. All products are made-to-order and based on customer-submitted artwork.

3. 🔹 Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Once an order is placed and in production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods via trusted providers.

4. 🔹 Custom Artwork Guidelines

By submitting artwork, you confirm:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the content.

  • Your file is high resolution (300 DPI) and in PNG format.

  • You have removed all drop shadows, transparencies, or unsupported effects.

  • You acknowledge we are not responsible for print quality issues due to low-resolution or incorrect files.

We reserve the right to reject any artwork that includes trademarked or copyrighted content without authorization.

5. 🔹 Shipping & Turnaround

  • Production typically takes 3–5 business days after artwork approval.

  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information.

Tracking info is provided via email once your order ships.

6. 🔹 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final on custom products. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders.
Reprints may be provided only in the case of:

  • Production errors caused by us

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Major print defects (as verified with photo evidence)

7. 🔹 Limitation of Liability

Cali DTF Prints shall not be held responsible for:

  • Customer-supplied errors (wrong files, incorrect sizing, typos, etc.)

  • Heat press application errors

  • Color discrepancies due to screen-to-print variation

  • Any damages from misuse of products

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the original order.

8. 🔹 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, and graphics, is the property of Cali DTF Prints and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without our written permission.

9. 🔹 User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for:

  • Uploading or sharing illegal, offensive, or harmful content

  • Violating the rights of others

  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s functionality or security

Violations may result in order cancellation or restricted access to our services.
