📦 What products do you offer?
At Cali DTF Prints, we offer a wide variety of custom print products, including DTF transfers, UV DTF stickers, custom t-shirts, hats, embroidery, vinyl wraps, banners, and signs. Whether you need one piece or bulk printing, we've got you covered.
2. 🎨 What kind of artwork do I need to upload?
We require print-ready PNG files with a transparent background. For best results, your artwork should be designed at 300 DPI resolution with no drop shadows, transparencies, or special effects.
3. 🖨️ What is a DTF transfer?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are printed designs that can be heat-pressed onto fabric. They offer vibrant colors, sharp details, and work on materials like cotton, polyester, blends, and more.
4. 🔖 What are UV DTF stickers?
UV DTF stickers are full-color, waterproof peel-and-stick decals designed for smooth, hard surfaces like mugs, bottles, laptops, packaging, and more. They’re easy to apply and long-lasting.
5. 🧢 Do you offer custom hats and embroidery?
Yes! We offer custom hat printing and embroidery services for apparel, bags, and more. Embroidery is ideal for logos and branding on uniforms, promotional products, and team gear.
6. 🧺 Are your DTF transfers washable?
Yes, our transfers are made with durable, high-quality materials that hold up well through multiple washes. For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water and air dry or tumble dry low.
7. 🎯 What materials can I apply DTF transfers to?
Our DTF transfers can be applied to a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, nylon, and more. They’re extremely versatile and great for all types of fabric.
8. ⚙️ How do I apply DTF transfers?
Use a heat press with firm, even pressure. After pressing, allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling (cold peel), then repress with a Teflon or parchment sheet for the best finish.
9. ⚠️ Can I upload any design?
You can upload any design you own the rights to. We do not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork unless you have proper permission. Submitted unauthorized content will be rejected.
10. 🧾 Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We provide bulk order discounts for small businesses, brands, teams, and resellers. Reach out for a custom quote on larger quantities.
11. 📤 How do I send you my design after ordering?
After placing your order, you’ll be prompted to upload your print-ready file. You can use the upload link on the order confirmation page or visit our dedicated Uploads page.
12. 🖍️ Do you offer design help?
We offer basic design support to ensure your file is print-ready. However, you are responsible for submitting high-quality, properly sized artwork. We do not offer full graphic design services.
13. 🌈 Will the printed colors match what I see on my screen?
Not always. We do not offer color matching. Colors may appear different when printed due to monitor settings, ink limitations, and materials. Always check your Pantone or CMYK color values beforehand.
14. 🚚 Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! Cali DTF Prints proudly ships across the United States. Wherever you’re located, we’ll get your custom prints to you quickly and securely.
15. ⏱️ How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after your artwork is approved and payment is received. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
