At Cali DTF Prints, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all custom print sales are final.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds on Custom Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom items, including:

  • ✅ DTF Gang Sheet Transfers

  • ✅ UV DTF Sticker Prints

  • ✅ Custom T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Hats

  • ✅ Embroidery Orders

  • ✅ Vinyl Wraps, Banners, and Signs

Each item is made to order specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

✅ Reprints for Production Errors Only

We will only offer a reprint (not a refund) if there is a verified production error on our end, such as:

  • Incorrect artwork placement

  • Major print quality issues that do not reflect your submitted file

  • Item received is different from what was ordered

To request a reprint, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

⚠️ What We’re Not Responsible For

We cannot issue reprints or refunds for:

  • Incorrect file submissions (low resolution, wrong size, missing transparency)

  • Artwork with special effects (e.g., drop shadows or transparency layers)

  • Small or fine print under 0.3 inches that fails to transfer

  • Incorrect quantities or order details provided by the customer

  • Improper heat press application or garment damage during transfer

  • Color differences due to screen vs. print variation (we do not color match)

📦 Shipping & Damage

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim. Then notify us and we’ll help where possible.
