DTF Color Knockout & Halftone File Creation

LIGHTER PRINTS. SOFTER FEEL. PROFESSIONAL RESULTS.

Tired of thick, heavy DTF prints that feel like a plastic sticker on your shirt?

Our professional Color Knockout & Halftone File Creation service transforms your existing artwork into a lighter, more breathable, print-ready DTF design.

Using color knockout and halftone techniques, we remove selected solid colors and replace dense ink areas with carefully spaced dots, allowing the shirt fabric to show through portions of your design.

The result is reduced ink coverage, a softer feel, and a professional vintage-style finish while preserving the details of your artwork.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Professional color knockout setup

  • Halftone conversion of solid colors and gradients

  • Transparent areas that allow shirt color to show through

  • Reduced ink coverage for a lighter print

  • Print-ready DTF artwork preparation

  • High-resolution PNG file with transparent background

PERFECT FOR:

  • Large DTF shirt designs

  • Vintage and distressed graphics

  • Detailed illustrations and photographs

  • Dark and black T-shirts

  • Custom streetwear and apparel brands
